Waterfront Project

CONEY ISLAND COFFERDAM PROJECT

PROJECT INFO

Mlion Corporation Pte. Ltd. was able to supply to a customer who was facing a rapidly approaching deadline with the delivery of 12m length MHU Type IV sheet piles. We provided the value-added logistics support through partial delivery on available and indent materials, ensuring that our customer could complete the project in time.

Mlion Corporation supplied 640 tons of MHU Type IV, 12m length sheet piles and steel beams to Tiong Seng Construction Pte. Ltd. for the construction of a temporary cofferdam. They were initially faced with inventory shortages as the product was not readily available in the market based on the quantity required. As a result of narrow lead-time, indent requisition would not be a viable option due to its long waiting time.

Mlion facilitated and expedited the delivery of the requirements through seamless coordination with our partnering suppliers. Thus, eliminating downtime resulting in the immediate supply of sufficient materials which allowed them to continue with their work. The remaining materials were received as scheduled and they were able to complete the project within the expected timeframe.

Mlion Corporation is the market leader in foundation steel solutions for Waterfront and Underground projects in Southeast Asia. We supply sheet piles, steel pipes, tie rods, long and flat steel products for the civil and marine environment in Singapore and the region. We look forward to providing you with customised solutions and partnering you on your next project.
