Mlion Corporation successfully delivered 178 pieces of Long Length Spiral Steel pipes for Sinisian Lemery Batangas Port and Industrial Park Corporation.

Project Info

The project which conceptualised in 2019 finally got off the ground in 2021 with commercial negotiations. Mlion worked with the engineering group to ensure that piles will meet the standards and delivered to the job site. There were fabrication works to splice 16mm and 14mm pipes together as well as a Pile Plug and Stiffener Rings. Pile lengths varied up to 54m in total. What made the project more challenging was the varying stiffener right distance in the middle of the pipes.

As site location was 15km away from the nearest port, we scheduled our international vessel to call at the site location, reducing additional transfer and cost to the customer.

Mlion also included GoTagID technology onto the piles so that piles could be scanned and encoded with pipe numbers for better traceability and quality control after delivery.
