Customer Service Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be part of our customer service executives interacting with our customers via chat for the deal-making process (facilitating negotiations for buying or selling steel material);
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pleasant customer experience (e.g. operations logistics, finance, etc.)
- Address any queries from our customers via the chat system.
- Escalate any key issues raised by customers during the deal-making process.
- Contribute towards customer service readiness when preparing to launch in new countries.
- Achieve key performance metrics (e.g. response time, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Requirements
- Min. GCE ‘O’ levels
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service for a commercially launched product.
- High levels of ownership and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Problem-solving skills to ensure customers have the best experience during the deal-making process.
- Experienced in at least one of the following areas: customer service software, marketplace platform, dealmaking is a plus.

HR Assistant / Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, resumes screening, talents selection and interview arrangement.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers & candidates.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Assist in preparing Letter of Employment, Confirmation & HR related document.
- Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding and off boarding process.
- Update and maintain employees’ details and personal files.
- Assist and manage work review and appraisals.
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and process claim forms.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external events. (i.e. Monthly birthday celebrations)

Junior Software Developer
Job Description
This role will oversee project development and implementation status of Web and Mobile
App, developed by a 3rd Party Vendor for the company. It involves the following:
- Oversee the software development and the application support lifecycle.
- Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors on the application development and ensuring fully
functional mobile and web capabilities. - Understand the development aspects to ensure maintenance can be done and future
developments can be scale up to business needs. - Review codes and conduct testing. Amend or do necessary coding work if required.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Stay up to date with new trends in the mobile application sphere.
- Provide maintenance support on the app once implemented. On Call Support and off
Business hours may be necessary. - Provide timely updates to the application.
- Assist sales/product team in commercialising the app.
- Other ad hoc duties related to the project.
Requirements
Essentials:
- At least 1 year job experience in web app, mobile app development with scrum/agile

Accounts Assistant / Executive
Job Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation for monthly and yearly reporting
- Preparation of Management Reports and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission.
- Reconcile monthly bank statement
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and other required reports
- Handle billings and receipts
- Perform accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors and staff reimbursement.

- As a Team Lead, You Will:

Procurement & Contract Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- To structure a system of handling and organizing enquiries that comes into the company and assist the sales people to work on project costings.
- To collect sales personnel’s enquiry and disseminate to suppliers for quotations.
- Source for suppliers’ quotations, price comparisons
- To work with suppliers to negotiate prices and contract terms and draft purchase contracts to suppliers.
- To work with the logistics team to get shipping and logistics pricing.
- To work with the logistic team to monitor the performance of suppliers during the production and supply phase.
- To monitor the trend of product prices and forex rates and report to management.
- To collect historical data of purchases for market research.
- Handle call and email enquiries.
