Customer Service Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be part of our customer service executives interacting with our customers via chat for the deal-making process (facilitating negotiations for buying or selling steel material);
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pleasant customer experience (e.g. operations logistics, finance, etc.)
- Address any queries from our customers via the chat system.

- To structure a system of handling and organizing enquiries that comes into the company and assist the sales people to work on project costings.

- Full time station in store / yard and responsible for handling of daily operations
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming deliveries

Job Responsibilities
- To conduct product quality inspection and assessment according to our stringent acceptance guidelines.
- Approves incoming and outgoing materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
