MHZ Pile Supply and Pile Driving for Casino Project in Manila
Mlion Corporation worked closely with owners and contractors to design and provide MHZ sheet piles for a casino project infrastructure works in Pasay City, Manila. Our design team and sales team frequently discussed many options which would suit the project’s timeline and cost.
The new project required excavation of varying heights from 2m-4m, would utilise approximately 800 pcs of MHZ12-1 Sheet Piles. These Hot Rolled Z Shape Sheet Piles provided better efficiency and cost as compared to JIS Type U Shape Piles commonly used in the market. Our two units of excavator Hyundai R330 and Kobelco SK480 equipped with vibratory hammers with long arm extensions were engaged to drive and install the piles into the ground, with an average of 14-16 piles per day.
