Mlion Trading Sdn Bhd assisted with the rectification of theRainwater Reservoir S10’s Outlet Structure in Lebuh Macallum, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. This project addressed the issue of the outlet structure being damaged due to the relocation of box culverts. Mlion suggested the solution of constructing seven permanent sheet pile walls using our proprietary MHZ 12-1 sheet piles.
These walls will segregate each line of box culvert outlets, allowing them to be worked on individually without affecting the others. MHZ Sheet Piles boast a superior strength-to-weight ratio and are lighter than rival sheet piles. Making them the ideal choice for this project. Mlion worked closely with the JPS team in the Penang Island district and proposed the above-mentioned solution. The sheet piling work started on 14th Sept and was completed on 27th Sept.
Mlion provided 120 pieces of MHZ 12-1 Sheet Piles to cover the 90 meters required for the seven permanent sheet pile walls.
