On August 20th, Mlion Corporation launched the latest sheet pile solution, the MHZ 820. The launch took place in San Fernando, La Union, in the Philippines. To officiate this momentous event, we were very honoured to have Mr Justo Orros III, the Executive Assistant to Governor of La Union Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David.
The night was exciting, with guests from government officials, contractors and consultants. La Union is the first region in which we achieved mass adoption of the MHZ sheet pile. Thus, it seemed only fitting to return to where it all started before advancing a new chapter for the MHZ Sheet Pile line.

The Country Manager for the Philippines, Mr Aaron Paul Marasigan, then took the stage and told the attendees all about our latest MHZ 820sheet pile solution in comparison with other sheet pile designs.
The MHZ 820 is a game-changer. It is currently the world’s widest hot-rolled sheet pile available on the market. Its unique combination of width, strength, and low weight sets it apart from other sheet piles, making it a superior choice for construction projects.
These positive attributes contribute to benefits like lowering overall project costs and reducing the amount of time needed for piling. Its lower weight translates to overall lower project cost. The wider width will also mean that fewer pieces will be needed to cover the same project distance. All these qualities of the MHZ 820 sections provide for significant advantages over other sheet pile solutions.
