Precision Structural Specialists Corporation is our flagship Four Roll Bending plant facility that is capable of producing steel pipes without the need for grid power. Based in Carmen, Davao Del Norte, Philippines, it serves the Mindanao region with pipes for Construction, Casings and Water related projects.
In 2016, several mini-hydro owners challenged us to find a solution to roll pipes on the top of mountains without the use of grid power. Mlion took up the challenge and our in-house technical team ensured the entire facility was custom designed. We had to custom build machineries to fit the criteria and specification required. What was once thought as impossible became a reality after 3 years of engineering. We were able to pack all machines into 20 foot containers and have them reassembled in a new location in very short turnaround times. We are also self sufficient, without requiring grid power, a hallmark feature which is unique to our plant capabilities.
With our agile production team set up, we are able to produce with little to no minimum order quantities and deliveries of pipes even within the day. A true testament to the innovative spirit we have in Mlion.
