CEO & Chairman, Mr. Eric Leong, and Country Manager – Singapore, Mr. Ong Song Yi, were interviewed by host, Joshua Lim, on the initiatives taken by the organisation to shake up an industry so dead set in its traditional ways of doing things since the very beginning.

True enough, by operating the business in line with its trademarked tagline “Innovative Solutions Redefined”, Mlion has successfully pioneered multiple solutions that have solved existing and emerging issues that has left the industry perplexed for decades. Coupled with Mlion’s proprietary products, solutions implemented are far more effective, and sustainable towards the environment.
Some of the most pressing environmental issues would be the impacts of CO² emissions, hazardous wastes and contaminants which pollutes the air, water, and soil during the production of steel. Two of Mlion’s innovative solutions which are trending in the industry are, GoListid and GoTagID.
GoListid, a digital platform for preowned steel materials, enables the reusability of existing steel and at the same time eliminates the need to produce new steel.
GoTagID makes possible the identification and traceability of steel materials that have been implemented. Critical data can be retrieved or updated when required, even beyond the point of sale.
