Job Description

This role will coordinate and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to
translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Design and develop high performance web applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Define web architectures and solutions from business requirements
• Collaborate to provide estimates and timeline, and deliver the solution
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments
  and operating platforms
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Provide advice, guidance, and coach junior team members

Requirements

Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent educational experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies, such as Flutter/Vue/React, HTML5,
  CSS3
• Experience with back-end application, RESTful APIs, microservices development for
  user platforms – Web and Mobile (iOS/Android)
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with with MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB
• Experience with Docker, Dockerization of application
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD, Ansible
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Should be able to communicate with other team members and users
• Willing to work from office

Preferred:

• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
  environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Implementing unit tests, E2E tests, integration of monitoring systems (Sentry/New
  Relic/AWS Cloud Watch etc.)
• Development of systems like ERP, MRP and CMS are desirable, not mandatory
• Experience with PHP/Laravel applications development is an advantage
• Knowledge of Flutter applications development is an advantage

Other:

• 5 days’ work week, 9am-5pm
• AWS upon confirmation and pro-rated if service is less than a year
• Performance Bonus subjected to individual and company’s performance
