PH – Sales & Admin Support

The core responsibility of this role is to support/assist the activities and processes of the Sales Department of Mlion Philippines Corporation.

The successful candidate will be based in the Manila office.

Job Scope: 

  • Keeping track of sales records, including orders and invoices. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete.
  • Managed and maintained customer information and updated databases.
  • Assisting with preparing and processing sales documents.
  • Responding to inquiries from customers and team members. Covering reception duties as well.
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and track shipments. Ensure accurate stock levels and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
  • Generating sales reports to analyze sales performance and trends.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and HR.
  • Assist with Office Admin, Finance, and HR matters (e.g. arrange courier service and ordering supplies)
  • Perform any other marketing/administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Studied or worked in related studies (Business Administration).
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
