Human Capital Specialist – SG

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Human Capital Specialist to join our organization. As a Human Capital Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the company’s Employer branding and addressing the company’s current and future workforce related needs. This includes managing and enhancing the professional development of our employees.

You will be responsible for implementing learning management systems, tracking employee training and results, and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the professional development of employees.
  • Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify training needs and design effective learning programs.
  • Addressing reskilling and upskilling opportunities.
  • Develop talent frameworks to define requirements associated with successful performance.
  • Conduct needs assessments and design programs to address specific skill gaps and competencies.
  • Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on employee performance, engagement, and productivity.
  • Track and manage employee training, certifications, and competencies.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans to nurture their skills and career growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employee development and training.
  • Work closely with HR to align training and development initiatives with recruitment and succession planning efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing employee training and development programs.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in human capital management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and flexibility.
